How To Make
Bacon and Cheese
On Rye

  1. Begin by frying your bacon either in a pan or use a Cosori Air Fryer (shown below the bread links)
  2. While the bacon's frying, slice up your Cheddar cheese
  3. IF YOU WANT, you can toast your two slices of Rye bread from ThinSlim Foods (see ThinSlim Foods ad above image or click the bread link below)
  4. If you DID toast it, when it's ready, butter it! If you left your bread untoasted, then still spread the butter on the bread (it's included in By the Numbers!)
  5. Add the sliced cheese to the bread, and top with bacon ...

And enjoy!

The Cosori Air Fryer

Here's the Cosori Air Fryer ... this model is the "smart" model with fancy push buttons and presets. My model isn't "smart", i.e. I chose the model "black with knob" over the digital model. Why? I just like having total control of my temperature AND timing ... plus it's less buttons to keep pushing and hear beeping!
