Lettuce Cheese Wrap

Ingredients

  • La Tortilla Factory reduced-carb wheat wrap (50-cal version)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mayonnaise (regular)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 6 slice-serving Oscar Mayer Deli-Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey lunch meat
  • 4 large Boston lettuce leaves
  • 1 oz raw white sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium-cut slices of bacon

How To Make
Bacon Turkey Mushroom
Lettuce Cheese Wrap

  1. Fry your bacon and mushrooms in a pan (or a Cosori Air Fryer, see below the wrap image coming up)
  2. While the bacon is frying spread the mayonnaise and mustard all over your wrap (see TIP below)
  3. Spread out the six slices of turkey lunch meat on the wrap
  4. Place four large Boston lettuce leaves on top
  5. Add your shredded cheddar cheese
  6. When your mushrooms and bacon are done, pile them onto the lettuce leaves.

Roll the wrap, cut in half ... and savor every bite!

NOTE: Make sure you select the low-carb version wheat wrap from La Tortilla Factory that is only 50 calories per wheat wrap.

TIP: Use the backside of a teaspoon to spread stuff; it's far easier than using a knife IMHO.

The Cosori Air Fryer

Here's the Cosori Air Fryer ... this model is the "smart" model with fancy push buttons and presets. My model isn't "smart", i.e. I chose the model "black with knob" over the digital model. Why? I just like having total control of my temperature AND timing ... plus it's less buttons to keep pushing and hear beeping!

The Cosori Air Fryer does a FANTASTIC job of cooking anything! But for this recipe, my bacon cooks evenly and the fat gets crispy. (In a regular pan on the stove top, I tend to get some of the bacon's fat not crisped up enough).
