Are you FED UP with the old DIET INDUSTRY?
Yes, you CAN lose weight!
I found a great Keto brownie mix on Amazon and they are VERY easy to make. A company called KETO and Co. manufactures these Keto brownies, and are a delicious 110 calories with only 1.1g of net carbs. Please see our breakdown in the By the Numbers area.
They are also diabetic- and Keto-friendly along with being gluten-free. If you want to go dairy-free, they say to use coconut oil instead of butter!
What you need is an 8"x8" baking pan. When you've got your Keto brownies all mixed together in a glass bowl ready to pour in the pan, generously spray the baking pan first with non-stick spray (I used butter flavor) shown and sold below as a 3-pk on Amazon.
What's SO GREAT about this brownie mix, aside from the ooey gooey chocolatey-center-melt-in-your-mouth tasty goodness... is the fact that all you need are three eggs and 1 and a half sticks of butter (I added unsalted butter—the instructions on the back didn't specify whether to use salted or unsalted).
Prior to going Keto and reading all about its benefits in this book called "Deconstructing Diabetes" by Gary Zeidman, I had a massive resistance to "eggs" and "butter" because I'd followed the low-fat crowd for the past three decades at least. And I was getting nowhere and getting fatter each year.
These Keto brownies only take 35 minutes to bake in a 350° F oven... and the hardest part IS letting them cool down completely before removing them from the baking pan!
The 8"x8" baking pan is easy to score into 16 even squares... first: down the middle, then down the middles again of the two sides... rotate the pan 90° and do the same again!

I have to add here that Suzanne Ryan, of Simply Keto, has a superb recipe for brownies in her Simply Keto paperback book. That book, along with her follow-up book Beyond Simply Keto were the first two Keto recipe books I purchased and still use! I love 'em.
Also, the photo of the brownies shown at the very top of this page are made from Suzanne's recipe!
I just got a bit lazy; hence trying the Keto and Co fudge brownie mix!

Both books are an excellent source, too, of what's not Keto and what is Keto... they're not just excellent Keto cookbooks!
They are beautifully illustrated and laid out too. In fact, they're SO NICE, I ended up using this Finally KETO Recipe Keeper so that I don't ruin Suzanne's books with my eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, etc. flying around!
