What Is MCT Oil?

If you're wondering what MCT stands for, it's "Medium-Chain Triglycerides." The Nature's Way MCT oil I use all the time is made from coconuts.

PLEASE NOTE: Coconut oil is a "good fat/oil."

We're adding the MCT oil in this recipe to thin out the spread a little.

  1. Add the MCT oil to the peanut butter in a small glass bowl
  2. Stir well
  3. Add the Swerve
  4. Add the Ghirardelli Cocoa powder
  5. Stir well again ... and enjoy!
