If you’re anything like me, you’re eager, anxious, and overwhelmed (all at the same time) with all the great stuff out there regarding this revolutionary way to lose weight!
You’re armed with how-to’s and recipes—and it’s just one big pile o’ books on the bed or kitchen counter. You’ve hardly any space left… what with the omelet maker, waffle iron, spices, pots, pans, and dishes taking up residence.
When it comes to meal prep, it’s no fun having to search through piles of recipe books (again!) hoping to find ‘that perfect recipe’ (again!) —before mealtime is over!

"5 Fat-Busting Myths EXPOSED"
Are you FED UP with the old DIET INDUSTRY?
Yes, you CAN lose weight!
This six-month daily journal is for those of you who need ONE place to KEEP TRACK of your daily meals, specifically their Protein, Fat, Net Carbs, and Calorie counts gleaned from your collection of fabulous recipe books. You probably don’t need instruction on what Keto dieting is all about; you already know!
84 pages for:
... for you to write in your FAVORITE RECIPES along with a Table of Contents for the fast-finding of faves by the recipe’s title
Write in your favorite recipes on the pages provided!
Simply flick through your favorite breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes at the back of your journal and then decide—right then and there—which meals and snacks you’re going to have TOMORROW. Make a quick trip to the fridge and pantry to make sure you have all the recipe items on hand.
If you’re missing an ingredient, now’s your chance to pick a different recipe! (and pick up items later on that you’ve just discovered you are running low on or are completely out of. There’s a space on each daily page for that reminder too!)
Next, head on over to tomorrow’s date in the “days” section of the journal and write the recipe’s name along with its Protein, Fat, Net Carbs, Calories amounts—with one recipe/meal in each allotted space—for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can then tally up the Protein, Fat, Net Carbs, and Calories for the whole day in the space provided. And you’re done! Keeping a journal keeps your expensive cook books in pristine condition too.
NOTE: At the back of this book are Bookmarks for you to cut-out—no more dog-eared pages!
"I use my Keto Kick-off Journal to easily keep track of recipes from my Keto recipe books so when it comes time to make it, it’s right there. I don’t have to go hunting through multiple Keto recipe books to find it, cluttering up the kitchen counter in the process! Plus, having decided — the night before — what I’m going to eat the day after greatly REDUCES stress like you wouldn’t believe. I can start the day off tomorrow — relaxed — knowing that another day of Keto has been figured out, helping me stick to my long-term plan with ease."
