Keto waffles are on my list of favorite breakfasts. Even though you can make your own waffles, sometimes you just don't have the time or energy.

If you can't get to the store to pick up some of the Reddi Wip zero sugar 'Keto Friendly' whipped cream, then whip up your own.
The cream took only 45 seconds to stiffen on 2nd from highest speed using my KitchenAid hand mixer.
The ingredients above make three portions of whipped cream. (Scroll a little farther down for full recipe ingredients).
I used this handy-dandy mixer below. It's rechargeable and cordless. Best thing I bought last year!
