Mozzarella Ham Bites

These Mozzarella Ham Bites are a blast when you just don't know what to eat and are in a hurry! This serving size suits me, but for my hubby I use two cheese sticks and two slices of this very tasty Old Farmer's ham.

Enjoy these cheesy bites for lunch, or a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mozzarella Cheese stick - low-moisture, (NOT reduced fat)
  • 1 slice (1 oz.) Old Farmer's Ham (Walmart deli)

Yep, that's all you need folks!

How To Make
Mozzarella Ham Bites

  1. Open up your Mozzarella cheese stick
  2. Roll it up in a slice of Old Farmer's Ham
  3. Cut into 10 mini rolls using a sharp knife

And enjoy!

NOTE: The Old Farmer's Ham I use is from the Walmart Deli. It's worth standing in line for. 

Update: Since I wrote this, hubby and I are pleased to say that our Walmart now has a separate Deli case just a few feet from the deli counter — with PRECUT/SLICED ham, cheese, etc. It has been a time-saver for sure!

Alternative: Target's Black Forest Ham is cool too and would be half the calories of Old Farmer's ham, BTW.
