Ingredients

  • 1 ThinSlim Foods hamburger bun
  • 2 Boston lettuce leaves
  • 2 oz. ground chuck (80-20 ratio)
  • 1/2 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil (marinade-type preferred)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Steak Seasoning

How To Make
Slider On A Bun
With Lettuce And Cheese

  1. Put the olive oil in small dish, season oil with the Stonemill steak seasoning
  2. Toss the 2 oz. (raw) slider meat in the oil and seasoning until evenly coated
  3. Turn on your Cosori Air Fryer to 325°F.
  4. When up to temperature, add the slider and cook for around 8 minutes. (Turn over 1/2 way). Cook to 160°F internal temperature. Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes.
  5. Place lettuce leaves on your sliced bun
  6. Add cheese to bottom side of bun atop the lettuce
  7. Top that with the slider; add top half of bun

Eat and enjoy this juicy, tasty slider for lunch or dinner!

NOTE: In the gallery below, I've shown you how I made 2 sliders (shared one with my mom!)

Prior to making this meal, I'd packed the fresh ground beef inside Ziploc bags and froze them. This way, it's handy to just get two out when you want them.

When the meat has thawed, I add the olive oil and seasoning inside the Ziploc bag - instead of using a bowl to toss the raw burgers in - as shown in the Gallery below.

The Cosori Air Fryer

Here's the Cosori Air Fryer ... this model is the "smart" model with fancy push buttons and presets. My model isn't "smart", i.e. I chose the model "black with knob" over the digital model. Why? I just like having total control of my temperature AND timing ... plus it's less buttons to keep pushing and hear beeping!

The Cosori Air Fryer does a FANTASTIC job of cooking anything! Even hot dogs cook evenly (get recipe here) and look all nice and brown and juicy in the Cosori. When you boil 'em, they tend to look anemic (to me). And grilled are fine if you're firing up the old grill ... but for less muss'n'fuss, the Cosori Air Fryer is fab.
